Vikings have a board, not sure on the others though from what I gather about V1 them and the Picts deserve each other

will have my stuff and the books with me anyway, have the age of magic one if you fancy a look through, armies are a bit different in there though (8 point is the usual there and most armies get a bit of terrain they don't pay for with various effects)

From what I can tell V2 isn't that different from V1, just better organised and better written, with a few things no longer mattering (e.g. all models in a unit now fight, not just those in or nearly in contact so its a lot harder to use gimpy positioning to cripple someone, and characters now fight on their own not alongside other units so no more combined charges)
