Reece, Mark and I are all in with Saga. We'll have to try out one of the big 4 player (2 a side) scenarios from the Book of Battles

aiming to be in, will bring the SAGA stuff down, may not be fully painted *hangs head in shame* but will likely have more paint than others who shall remain nameless

Fun games, seriously liking that scenario generator and the four player game is great too.

will be ordering that book in the new year, along with a few more models to get to a selection able to run at 6 points with a few choices of units.

Anglo Saxons will take a bit more practice, I suspect they get better in larger games, rolling more SAGA dice boosting the chances of the all important helmet result to make the levies nasty

Looked really good.
can see you and team mate starting in opposite corners being interesting.

oh yes, a sort of breakthrough set up, it does need something to help stop it becoming a pair of 2 player games on the same board though.

possibly different sized forces, maybe a 4 point force deployed in the centre, then a 6 point one split into two groups deployed on the flanks on both sides?

Do think Normans on that 6'x4' board would be brutal though, double range archers and a lot of very mobile hearthguards...
