Will bring the daring brits.
Hope Jobbers or Jimmy plays or I am going to be a tad outnumbered.

I'd like to use my British for this one but if been given my marching orders from Colin.

Tricky thing these para drops you know, I might end up miles off target

Good little practice for the invasion.
Rules for para drops need to be read as well as what kind of force each side could take, I don't have the book so cant comment but today saw Matilda's and PIV's facing off.

Board looked great as ever Colin just needs to have a work with the contractors who put in the runway, I wouldn't want to land on the crack of doom.

Forces faced off and slowly rolled or tracked towards each other. Three sets of British scattered reserves came on behind Germans, two poor infantry platoons didn't fair very well but the two Matilda's were a menace.

Can't wait for more early war my front armour 1 tanks must be great.

Nice airfield again, good target.

Hope the game went well, even if I had planned on being there wouldn't have been able to make it, thanks to whichever *censored* decided cars look better without wing mirrors, swine got half a dozen on our road overnight so will now have to spend at least one, probably two weekends trying to get that sorted better than the tie wraps currently holding it on...

Now if I had a Matilda II they wouldn't have done it, and it would have been well suited to the roads round here. Council may object though

Think in the end we called it a draw as there was 3 British and 2 German players. Just a shame we had problems with the para drop.

Sounds like a true Janco game, mayhem and not certain of the outcome :)

Hope to be there for the next one

Mayhem, Colin's Para's were obviously landing on disguised British trampoline defences the amount of time they were on and off the table.(issues with how to drop them)

It was good to see the Germans having to assault dug in troops supported by tanks impervious to nearly everything for a change. Marks air-cover was great as well they were only sporadic but shot down three or four flights of Stuka's.

My brave boys sat it out due to lack of opposition which meant I could really enjoy the game no matter who was being slaughtered.
