D-Day 2016

Postby leopard » Mon Apr 04, 2016 7:47 pm

Are we planning D-Day this year?

If no one else has any thoughts was thinking of something slightly different, we have done the beaches and air drops, wondering on going to D-Day+a few days and say the Cobra/Bluecoat operations - makes running a few more German lists easier, justifies some of the big cats running about, but retaining a good bit of close terrain on the board.

Plus easier to run two games on two days, possibly feeding into Villers Bocage assault itself?

Just thinking of a bit of a twist?

Something different would be good for a change.
German counter attacks, partisan interference and bag the Hun air superiority?

Of course the poor old Sovs get overlooked again.

I have no ideas or plans for it this year, then agaon I don't think I've played a game of FoW since last years D Day so I'm probably not the best person to suggested anything for it.

But D Day wouldn't be D Day without you going crimson and despondent.
My Mum is going to a cat show with Gemma so I can come out to play as well.

There is only one man with the credentials to take on the planning for D Day and that has to be the mustacheoed loon himself.
