D-Day 6th June lists and who coming

Bristol... Ouch, not been there for a while, can't say I miss the place. We do have a depot down there though so may end up there at some point to have a look at the place...

As in literally, drive there, spend an hour looking at it, drive back, apparently this is 'work', somehow

US forces coming along, off this week from work so have plenty of time to get them sorted out.

Four boat sections finished, the 5th and final one painted just waiting sticking to bases tomorrow. All five landing craft finished to gloss varnish, unlikely to go further until I get some dark earth oil paint to do a rust finish.

Decals have arrived, well small ones for detailing, eventually BF will send some to Colin which will give me the larger main ones.. so everything currently has decals on.

Tomorrow will see that 5th platoon based up ready to paint, two more flak tracks painted and a start on the final two support platoons...

Will have to put a list together and see how many points this actually is.

Note to all, BF have updated Naval Gunfire Support, new point values and new stats - its in the current "Lessons from the front"

Booked it off work.
I was going to bring a German Fortress Company but I'm sort quite a few fortessy things (Machine gun nests, bunkers, minefields)
Otherwise Im quite happy to "Mr Stand and shoot" this time round.
