three more of them and a plastic generic lord model in progress somewhere

Skull Taker (old metal model)

still thinking on how to paint what look like flames from the skull in his hand, thinking bright green fire

metal herald on juggernaught

needs the skulls painting, and the three plastic ones finding, and rebasing

inquisitor Greyfax
Image

painted to lead the sisters of silence, likely to end up as a prosecutor sister superior when GW finally get around to releasing a list for them

Only an inquisitor would think to set purifying fire to her/his own hat.

I guess it comes down to "who is going to argue?"

Little aircraft

Image
Spitfire MkII, Battle of Britain colours

Image
Spitfire MkII, North Africa colours

Image
Bf109E, Sort of Battle of Britain colours.

For the Bf109E I went with a modified basic scheme as its easier to apply, the camo colours on the wing have been dropped as the two greens are pretty close and without playing about will be pretty similar so just went with the flat darker green. airbrushed fade to the underside colour on the sides.

All waiting for decals

Cheers, its an interesting little game, not sure it really feels like WW2 air combat though, it feels like a very abstract combat game that could be anything.

That said its not a bad little game, think I prefer Bag the Hun as an air combat game, but this is fine for something different, there is certainly enough in it to keep attention for a while

WiP on the first A6M5 Zero

Image

Wondering on the markings, since the meatball is pretty simple wondering on masking an airbrushing

Update time..

first up, a part completed Ork Battleagon that will hopefully be getting a test drive soon

Image

Image

Image

Next up is the stuff from the Conquest 40k part work, firstly Death Guard

Image

still need the tentacles etc finishing off, went with a much paler colour scheme as I don't overly like the green GW use, this is VGC Pastel Green cut 50-50 with Dead White as a base, then lightening from there

Image

Pox Walkers, same comment regarding tentacles, went with the purple/red I've used on cultists to bring them all together nicely

Next the Imperial forces, in the colours of the Tiosen Rifles

Image

Image

have more of the basic marines but little point taking pics as they are identical to these, the character has been painted up as a chapter champion as I have enough officers already

Hopefully all will see the table reasonably soon
