Found a good way of doing something? or looking for help solving a problem?

Hi guys I got a bunch of mantic nights and ALL the lances are bwnt, tried warm water like gw plastic bit it did not do anything any suggestions? :feedback:

I'd suggest even hotter water, almost boiling - dunk them in for a bit, then straighten out
