Shading highlighting and drybrushing sort any model out.
Does it have Lasers or Templars?

May be worth trying layering before drybrushing, takes longer but looks better and is actually a bit easier.

Depends on the models really, worth getting so cheap models to practice on.

Have a look at the paint colour leaflets Colin has in, they suggest a shabow/base colour and a highlight colour for most colours.

Also thin the highlight colour slightly, makes it much easier to use.

Other than that it's just practice really, amazing how quickly you get better

Good bases, good bases and good bases are a winner... Paint little and often ..if you hit a wall with a project, leave it a few days and come back to it!

Ask on ere! Loads of top advice from sound painters!

Don't ever give them to a chap called Scottish!!!!!...ever!

Simon paints for folk and Jason!

If all else fails give us a pm!

Have fun ... :D
