Nuln Empire

I've started an Empire army i've been thinking of doing for ages. I wanted it to be a nuln army as i liked the idea of loads of cannons and steam punky style heroes.

Here is the first batch of miniatures i have painted.

This is an old school war wagon which i intend to use as a Celestial Hurricanum / Luminark of Hysh as i don't like the model.





I replaced the horses to the new cool empire horses from the Hurricanum.

I decided that i didn't want the chicken knight models so converted these Lion knights as that fitted better with the Nuln theme.

Wouldn't be Nuln without a cannon, although i only have one at the minute.

I have three wizards so far so i can swap lores



Nothing earth shattering but the life wizard was the most heavily converted. Marauder horseman head, wood elf bits, night goblin sickle, catachan leaves.

Light wizard is pretty as is but with a tomb guard champion head as i liked the Egyptian theme.

The death wizard is a vampire counts necromancer with a head swap and the crow from the empire general shield stuck on top.

20K !!!! Sweet lord. i thought i'd gone mental with 4k of skaven!

i might be nearer 500 points of empire at the minute. i like the sounds of Mordheim as my empire will fit in fine.

Ive also found out how to print my own decals. I've created some Nuln transfers for the banners.
