Cupboards and drawers to hide stuff in, way I see it there can be mess inside as long as the door hides it away.
Workbench for the actual painting and modeling.
Then PC is moving back into the other room so I get my books back.
No room for gaming other than perhaps a 2x2 / 3x4 for skirmish stuff.
Looking forward to getting more Persians done as I love the look of 6mm and actually really enjoy Impetus.
Can also try Hail Ceasar.
Actually I picked up some Roman's to play against my 15mm Ancient British, which reminds me my pledge in 2009 was to finish British cavalry for HC.
At least I have started again.
