15mm ish terrain

Sun Mar 31, 2019 9:54 am

Ok then so it is clear I have a way to go to get my painting mojo back.
Thought I would start the creative juices flowing with some 15mm terrain.

Got some broken trees to do first.

Here goes.

Reckon some broken trees will do very nicely for “rough ground”

Poker chips picked up from a car boot used as bases, lashings of lovely superglue ( I am sure I am becoming hyper sensitised to it as I never use a mask or open a window due to stupidity ) and a bag of pretty knocked about second hand fir trees.

All now firmly stuck to my painting table, waiting for them to dry before prising them off, I think I will get away with sanding and painting the bases afterwards without too much sand in the branches.

Got another load that is more twig than tree and needs some glue/water spray to fix em up a bit.

I do love 15mm trees, not in a pervy way. Though they do look sexy mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm trees.

I got most of a Christmas tree left to do 40K ish stuff and a couple of those balls of whatever green stuff peeps hang outside their house, car booty of course, they make good jungly/scifyi stuff.

Got the China trees to try to rescue then about a thousand of 40K type ones from my car booty X Mass tree and decorations.
