Not played it in the north since we moved, actually since before 6th came out.

Did have a game down here a few weeks ago though, seemed ok, reasonably relaxing way to spend an evening anyway after a day at work and doing battle on the tube (I've developed sharper elbows).

The game does seem to be bleeding to death somewhere though

There are about three players down here, a few more with armies, the club has a few armies as well - they just never see the light of day as no one really plays the game - the few that dow play it elsewhere seldom bring it down on a Thursday.

Mostly down to the club being one night a week only, no Saturdays or Sundays here, so people play the more out of the way games (I think a good half the games of DBA in the country are played here, MKWS dominates the tournament scene I gather).

There is a shop the other side of MK with a gaming club and tables. Smallish shop, half the width of Col's but twice the depth, gloomy (as a gaming shop should be...) the bloke that runs it is miserable as hell, or at least seems to be. Pity the club side is a nice bright place, used to be a cafe or something, can get some eight tables in there at once easily. Just a very weird place, only played one game there and that was mid week.. lacks the atmosphere totally.

Eldar and chaos here, always up for a game.
Does it have Lasers or Templars?

Most of the models are jaw dropping, sadly so are the prices, not that bad if you get to use them.

Rumour has it a "6.1" upgrade is due in the summer (from what I gather a merging of the main rules, errata and adding Escalation into the main rules with one of the other add ons as well - guess not enough people bought them). Not sure if the same basic set is being kept just with a new rulebook and box or if the models are changing - there was a rumour of Blood Angels v Orks (Which I'd buy) but not holding my breath.

If there is no upgrade I'll probably get the box by the end of the year.

Do have a Knight to build and paint in the kitchen, Stormlord titan legion colours are planned for that, cept the bodywork being dark grey not metallic, saving that for the armour trims.
